Mr. Surendra Kumar Jain, is the Managing Director of the Company. He is the important person of the company and play major role in taking financial, taxation and investing decisions. He is also capable of handling the management of the company very efficiently. He joined the management team from 09/03/1995. Mr. Surendra Kumar Jain has an experience in Finance, Banking Merger & Acquisitions, Strategic Planning, and Restructuring Operations any many more financial activities. His efforts and knowledge help the company to reach endless limits and enlighten the management to grow. He is also responsible for Corporate Administration, Corporate Image and Public Relationship, Personal/Human Resource Development, Communication, Public Relationship and Publicity.

PROMILA SHARMA (Independent Director)

Ms. Promila Sharma, is the Independent Director of the Company. She joined the management dated on 05/11/2022. She has rich experience in the financial sectors human resource management. She is the important person of the company in taking financial and investing decisions. She is also capable of handling the management of the company very efficiently. She has an experience in Finance, Banking Operations. Her efforts and knowledge will help the company to reach endless limits.

AMIT KUMAR JAIN (Company Secretary)

Mr. Amit Kumar Jain is the Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer of the Company. She joined the company dated on 01/10/2021. He is experienced person. He has vast exposure and knowledge of the ROC Compliances, SEBI Regulations & Listing Compliances and much other related work. His knowledge and exposure in the compliances, helps the company in having the non- complaint company. His energy boosted the management to work hard and to the endless limit.
